Your Role as a Behaviour Buddy:

  • Provide pastoral care and emotional support to students.
  • Work closely with teachers to develop and implement individual learning and behaviour plans.
  • Enhance learning for gifted and SEN students.
  • Offer one-on-one mentoring and support to students in need.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • A strong understanding of the national curriculum and educational practices.
  • Knowledge of child development and strategies to overcome learning challenges.
  • Ability to create effective strategies for at-risk students.
  • Previous experience in a Secondary School or similar educational setting.

  • A solid grasp of the national curriculum and other educational frameworks.
  • Insight into child development and strategies to overcome learning obstacles.
  • The ability to strategize for students who may be at risk of underperforming.
  • Experience in a Secondary School setting or similar educational environment.
