Your Role as a Behaviour Buddy:
- Provide pastoral care and emotional support to students.
- Work closely with teachers to develop and implement individual learning and behaviour plans.
- Enhance learning for gifted and SEN students.
- Offer one-on-one mentoring and support to students in need.
Your Skills and Experience:
- A strong understanding of the national curriculum and educational practices.
- Knowledge of child development and strategies to overcome learning challenges.
- Ability to create effective strategies for at-risk students.
- Previous experience in a Secondary School or similar educational setting.
