Your new role
In your role as Finance Assistant, you will have day-to-day responsibilities. These will include;
- Preparing weekly sales/debtors reports and distributing them to the equity partners.
- Undertaking a purchase ledger control function and overseeing accurate monthly creditor payment runs, including monthly supplier reconciliations.
- Completion of bank reconciliations for the group limited companies.
- Completion of client bank account reconciliations.
- Undertake control account reconciliations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- An AAT Qualification (Desirable).
- Need to possess the ability to be flexible, adaptable and focused on customer service.
- Experience with various ledgers and bank reconciliations.
