We are looking for a driven and engaging HR Business Partner who is passionate about empowering and coaching others to succeed! As the HRBP you will inspire and lead a team of 4 ensuring their development and performance is being progressed effectively. The HRBP will act as the 'right hand' person of the People Director and be visible across the organisation.
The business has seen significant growth in a short period of time and are wanting to focus on the people elements of the business to encourage attraction and increase retention. This role would require someone who is able to see the bigger picture and be excited by growth and change. The People Director will expose you to all areas of the business and allow you to add real value to the organisation.
This is a true generalist position with a real emphasis on coaching and developing senior stakeholders to manage employee relation issues themselves whilst mitigating risk to the business. The role will include some recruitment coordination of the live vacancies across head office ensuring hiring managers are engaged in the process and expectations are being met.
You will be a strong team player with the ability to lead and drive forward change. Your confidence will be generated from previous experience and knowledge developed over your career.
