Class 1 HGV drivers
*at least 1 year driving C+E is a MUST HAVE*
24-7 Recruitment Services acting as an Employment Business are currently recruiting for experienced Class 1 HGV drivers on behalf of our client in Peterborough, PE73.
We require Class 1 HGV Drivers to work on going basis Monday to Friday. Working out of their RDC you will be trunking goods throughout the UK.
Role of a Class 1 HGV driver
- Working at one of the leading parcel distribution companies in the UK
- Trunking work depot to depot.
- Monday to Friday.
- Start time 9am-5:45pm.
- Collections (self load).
- Box trailers.
- Overtime payable after 8 hours.
As a Class 1 HGV driver you will need to have:
- Valid UK Driving Licence with C+E Category
- Valid CPC & Tacho Card
- No more than 6 points (No DD's, DR's, TT's or IN's)
- Drivers with a minimum 12-months tacho history will be required to complete assessment and induction.
Pay rates for Class 1 HGV driver :
Basic - £15.25
OT after 8h - £22.92
No LTD accepted
Guaranteed 8hrs paid per shift
