Elevation Recruitment Groups Skilled Shop Floor Team are delighted to be working in partnership with a manufacturing business based within the Rotherham area to recruit a CNC Programmer to join their team.
Salary: £17 per hour DOE
Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday 06:00-16:15, overtime available
The Role:
Ensure all work procedures are followed safely, maintaining high-quality standards while meeting deadlines and targets efficiently.
Experience and duties:
- Program Mazak and Mori Seiki CNC Machines
- Set and Operate CNC Machines with Mazatrol and Fanuc controls.
- Work to customer specifications with minimal supervision once trained.
- Maintain high quality while working to tight tolerances, taking responsibility for you own work.
- Use initiative to understand and follow the manufacturing process.
- Report tooling requirements to your immediate supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organised working area.
- Take a responsible approach to health, safety and environmental risks related to your role, and control or report them to management as appropriate.
- Identify hazards effectively.
