HRGO Recruitment are seeking an experienced and proficient Administrator who has excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy and fast paced workload. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering submissions from the business inline with regulatory standards and expectations.

General Duties:

  • Support the business to maintain and foster positive external funder relationships by upholding compliance standards to remain a proud Trustmark accredited body
  • Maintain a solid understanding of industry schemes and requirements
  • Meet strict regulatory standards and expectations
  • Accurately handle and process customer information
  • Review and upload compliance of submission before passed to funder
  • Liase with surveyors and other relevant colleagues to rectify any issues
  • Comply and contribute towards the Group becoming the sustainable building experts, helping every home in the UK save money, energy, and the planet

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience (Preferably 2 years)
  • Ability to manage high volume of data entry
  • IT proficient with advanced understanding of Microsoft packages
  • Self-motivator with ability to work independently
  • Positive 'can do' attitude
