Job Overview:
An adaptable, creative and innovative individual who is experienced in developing targeted digital campaigns to increase sales growth from online consumers who buy from website and Amazon platforms. This is an ideal role for someone with Marketing campaign experience, ideally with app technology, data driven and can operate comfortably within the digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Create product-enabled digital sales strategies to expand our digital footprint, and drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Working closely with the Product and Marketing Teams on profiling the customers and building customised campaigns.
- Execute captivating viral marketing campaigns via our app and website to deliver tangible revenue growth.
- Craft compelling content to establish thought leadership, working closely with business leaders in this space and creating text and video content.
- Establish robust, scalable processes for experimentation and measurement.
- Working closely with engineering, product management, and customer support teams to create effective growth campaigns that achieve set goals.
Experience needed:
- Broad experience of working across integrated Marketing channels with solid understanding and application of core viral marketing principles.
- Demonstrated success in scaling apps from zero users to achieving substantial adoption and sales growth.
- Experience in optimising user journeys and lead conversion funnels;
- Quick-thinking and confidence to generate and explore new ideas.
- Possess adept learning capabilities, extracting insights from experimental data.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with data and using analytics tools for reporting
- Experience of B2C digital campaign creation and management
