Medical Reception Administrator

An excellent opportunity has arisen to form part of the team in a hair loss clinic in Marlow, located on the river Thames.

This is a relatively new private clinic, and you will be involved in the continued growth of the Company.

This role will be integral to the smooth running of the clinic, and you will be the first point of contact for our patients, a key brand ambassador.

You will be responsible for providing a professional and patient focused service to those attending our clinic, offering an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide a professional and patient focused service as well as provide administration support to the hair loss specialists
  • To ensure the highest levels of service excellence are delivered to patients, staff and visitors of the clinic.

To maintain the high standards of the patients, visitors, and staff, continually aiming to exceed expectations.

  • To follow clinic processes and procedures to ensure that the best services are delivered to our patients.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience as a receptionist in a similar setting or part of a corporate front of house.
  • Excellent communicator who is adaptable and has good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent inter-personal, telecommunication and computer skills.

Clinic Opening Hours:

Monday; 09:00am to 5.30pm

Tuesday: 09:00am to 5.30pm

Wednesday: 09:00am to 5.30pm

Friday: 9:00am to 5.30pm
