We are seeking a Customer Success Manager for 3 months beginning immediately and concluding around September 2024.

This could be ideal for someone who is seeking a job opportunity in the scientific market over Summer.

The company is a global life sciences business which has over 100,000 employee's. They have a range of products and services that they deliver every day to companies all over the world.

This is an urgent hire which will then work on a temporary contract via LiCa Scientific.

Interviews will be held online on Monday and Tuesday the 17th and 18th June

What you'll do:

You will be responsible for reaching out to customers who are renewing their services with a primary focus on customer contact with those coming up to a renewal point in their contract, as well as providing a contact point for other enquiries. You will be as a result creating in-market growth opportunities such as learning of new needs in these clients that can be covered by the company.

Day to day the job will involve mainly emailing customers from a list you will be provided, who are set to renew services in life sciences, and looking at those who are upcoming or have expired and contacting them to progress their next contract. This activity then leads onto tangible business and this allows targets and revenue goals in the team to be all the more achievable.

This will mainly involve written contact, meetings with clients held online will be with an Account Manager present. The role will involve diligently following up with customers and keeping a good presence with them, working hard to ensure the customers are happy with any questions and as a result the optimal number of life sciences renewals are realised and nothing is missed.

The role will mainly involve using MS Office based software's.

Your background:

We are seeking someone with a scientific background, who has worked in customer services or sales.

This can be any kind of customer contact role (Coffee shop, Call Centre anything that gives experience of working with customers). We naturally require someone able to communicate and organise themselves very well.

We are seeking someone who is motivated with a good tenacity, diligence and works at a good cadence.

We are happy to speak with people mid-degree who are seeking a role over Summer given this has an immediate start for 3 months.
