Our client is a growing company specialising in food export from the UK to the EU, with a core business turnover of £39 million.
They are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.
Please note this is an office based role - no hybrid.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse weekly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
- Manage invoicing processes, both incoming and outgoing.
- Utilise Sage for financial data capture and management.
- Oversee exchange rate management, with a focus on transactions in Euros.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support the finance department and overall business operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in financial management and accounting.
- Proficiency in using Sage software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
