Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage projects within our financial services client, based in Ipswich. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a deep understanding of project management principles and regulatory requirements, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards successful project completion.

**Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third parties/vendors

  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and issues.

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.

  • Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards.

  • Conduct project evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications

  • Experinece in a project management role is essential
  • Financial services experience would be desirable
  • Proficiency in project management software desirable (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
