Commercial Underwriter

We are seeking a Commercial Underwriter to join our team, offering a high level of customer service and maintaining strong broker relationships. The ideal candidate will work closely with the team and team leaders to ensure all work is completed within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Day to Day of the role:
- Provide brokers with timely renewal invites for various products including RPO, CPO, Retail, Pubs, Restaurants, Hotels, Contractors, Tradesman, and Commercial Combined.
- Address renewal queries for your panel of brokers promptly.
- Process Mid Term Adjustments and Cancellations for brokers and clients.
- Manage large case renewals over £5,000.
- Serve as a referral point for Underwriting Assistants within the team.
Required Skills:
- Excellent relationship-building skills.
- Minimum of 2 years Commercial Underwriting experience (commercial property and casualty).
Desirable:
- Cert CII or ACII qualifications.
