Job Title: Plot Sales Paralegal
Salary: £22,000 - £27,000

Our client, a reputable law firm in Birmingham, is seeking a Plot Sales Paralegal to join their Real Estate team. The role involves supporting the team in managing plot sales transactions for developer clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling plot sales transactions, including drafting contracts, preparing transfer documents, and managing completions.
- Liaise with clients, ensuring smooth communication and transaction management.
- Open and manage files, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Respond to buyer enquiries and support post-completion processes (SDLT, registrations, etc.).
- Maintain accurate transaction records and update internal databases.
- Provide general administrative and legal support to the team.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate or plot sales, ideally in a law firm or property development environment.
- Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and plot sales.
- Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Desirable:
- Experience with residential developers and high-volume transactions.
- Knowledge of the Birmingham property market.
