Team Coordinator
Our client, voted one of the best workplaces, alongside being one of the fastest growing over the last few years, is currently looking for a new Team Coordinator to come on board and be an integral part of the business. You will be working with C-Suite executives both internally and externally as well as providing a high level of support service.

Your duties:
- Own the calendar - prioritise meetings and appointments, working with Partners and Clients and happy scheduling.
- Providing support to Partners regarding meetings and activities and keeping Salesforce updated.
- Keeping database up to date with all client related information.
- Travel coordinator - domestic and international bookings - preparing agendas.
- Preparing documents - presentations, reports, profiles, etc. to a high standard.
- Preparing and processing expenses.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Super organised and likes systems and processes.
- High attention to detail.
- Real problem solver and able to think outside the box, coming up with solutions.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Flexible and adaptable - able to deal with last minute changes at the drop of a hat.
- Robust and able to keep calm whilst under pressure.
- Business acumen - gain a real understanding of the business and looking at the bigger picture.
- Team player - happy to help out where required.
