Our fantastic client, based in Milton Keynes, is looking for a Customer Complaints Advisor to handle incoming complaints whilst remaining positive and to contribute to delivering their well-known, first-class customer service.

The successful Customer Complaints Advisor will have outstanding communication skills and will be used to working in more difficult and busy situations.

This role is to work weekends only and wouldn't suit someone who has a full-time role in the week.

The Role:

  • Handling complaints via telephone and email.
  • To positively resolve complaints in a timely manner.
  • Working towards the departments KPI's.
  • Ability to work passionately in a team and independently.

The Right Candidate:

  • Will have dealt with customer complaints/difficult situations in a previous role - over the phone or face to face.
  • Has a genuine passion and want to deliver fantastic service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Great attention to detail and highly accurate.
  • Ability to work in a result driven and busy environment.
