Key Account Coordinator

Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit a Key Accounts Administrator to support our growing Key Accounts team. This person will have a crucial role supporting the Key Accounts Department, co-ordinating and maintaining the administration activities which underpin our key account customers, through liaison with our customers central admin teams and our own network. If you believe you have suitable experience, this position could be for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Key Accounts Team, ensuring our administrative activities that underpin each key account trading agreement are met
  • Liaison between our customers' central admin and procurement teams and our own subsidiary network to ensure we are consistently delivering in line with commercial agreements.
  • Investigation and resolution of pricing, invoice and returns queries, through liaison with both the customer and our service network teams
  • Managing the retrieval and provision of PODs and POCs to reconcile customer accounts and facilitate timely account settlement.
  • Ensuring that our Key Accounts Portal system is up to date and missing information is chased.
  • Liaison with our credit control team in Bradford to ensure customer accounts payment queries are logged and resolved.
  • Assisting with the processing of EDI orders through MAM Autopart
  • Processing of authorised unlocking requests for locked out parts on MAM Autopart
  • • Any other administration duties deemed necessary

Essential requirements;

  • Strong IT skills essential. Email, Word and Excel all used daily
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving experience to understand and then resolve administrative errors
  • Excellent telephone manner, strong communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to build strong working relationships
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills
  • Previous experience with admin support, query investigation and issues analysis
  • Knowledge of MAM Autopart also beneficial but not essential
