  • Location: Sutton, Surrey
  • Job Type: Part Time -Either (5 days a week 9-2:30/3pm) or (3 days a week 9-5pm)
  • Salary: £30,000-£35,000pa (Part Time)

We are in search of a versatile and experienced HR Manager to lead the HR and office management functions. This role is pivotal in shaping the team leadership and operational strategies, ensuring that the commitment to staff and the value they bring to the clients remains central to the company ethos. Day to Day of the role:

  • Provide strategic HR leadership, supporting the development and implementation of HR strategies in line with the Strategic Plan.
  • Assist in developing a robust organisational structure and culture that aligns with the business core values.
  • Offer expert advice and support on all aspects of HR, including staff development, recruitment, reward & recognition, and employment law.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and regulations, including the Equality Act and Health and Safety legislation.
  • Manage Facility Management of the office and Health & Safety implementation.
  • Oversee HR trends, provide management information on KPIs, and manage and improve admin processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in developing and delivering successful HR strategies.
  • Experience at a senior HR level, advising leadership teams and managing HR functions.
  • Ability to provide and analyse management information to enhance HR practices and staff performance.
  • Experience in monitoring labour needs, recruiting new skill sets, and benchmarking salaries.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to instil trust and maintain discretion.
  • Strong negotiation skills and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Strong organisational skills to ensure departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Proficient in IT and report writing, capable of producing clear and comprehensive reports.

Knowledge and Understanding:

  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Familiarity with compensation & benefit systems.
  • Experience in managing budgets.
