**About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Paid Search Manager to join our dynamic team in London. As a Paid Search Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing our paid search strategy across multiple platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and growth for our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of paid search best practices, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Search Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid search strategies to achieve client objectives, including increasing traffic, improving conversion rates, and maximizing ROI.

  • Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in paid search and search engine marketing (SEM), and apply these insights to ongoing campaigns.

  • Campaign Management:

  • Manage, optimize, and scale paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), and other relevant search engines.

  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and landing page optimization to improve campaign performance.

  • Monitor daily campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to bids, budgets, and targeting to ensure optimal results.

  • Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other platforms to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.

  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for future enhancement.

  • Budget Management:

  • Effectively manage and allocate budgets across campaigns to maximize efficiency and ensure alignment with client goals.

  • Monitor and control spending, ensuring that campaigns remain within budget while delivering maximum impact.

  • Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team, including SEO, content, and social media teams, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to digital marketing.

  • Mentor and guide junior team members, providing training and support to help them develop their skills in paid search.

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations.

  • Client Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding paid search activities, building and maintaining strong relationships.

  • Develop and present strategic plans, campaign proposals, and performance reviews to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in our services.

**Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in paid search/SEM, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics, and other SEM tools. Experience with bid management platforms like Kenshoo or Marin is a plus.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate strategies and campaign results clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in campaign execution, reporting, and budget management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
