Role Overview: Imperium Financial Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Corporate Insolvency Manager for a respected firm based in Warrington. The successful candidate will lead corporate insolvency cases, manage a dedicated team, and ensure that all insolvency procedures are conducted in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including administrations, liquidations, and voluntary arrangements, from initiation to closure.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into the financial affairs of insolvent entities to identify and realize assets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize asset recovery and creditor repayment.
  • Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, including creditors, regulatory bodies, and courts.
  • Lead and facilitate creditors' meetings, ensuring clear communication and updates on case progress.
  • Ensure all statutory and compliance requirements are adhered to in accordance with insolvency legislation.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities to contribute to the firm's growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate insolvency, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPI, or JIEB are highly desirable.
  • Comprehensive understanding of insolvency law, regulations, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex insolvency cases effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and develop actionable plans.
