Solutions Analyst | SW London | Hybrid (3 days in office) | £35,000
This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Solutions Consultant to join an innovative and ambitious organisation who are leading experts in content management and enterprise automation technologies providing unique design & delivery solutions as well as targeted business outcomes.
In this role you will be supporting the delivery team in building solutions, focusing on Enterprise content management solutions to meet the needs of clients using both M-File and D.velop.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assist with understanding of requirements, scoping and design of the solutions
- Implement agreed and designed Solution from end-to-end
- Write up reports and documentation
- Working with vendors and resolving any issues and bugs
Experience required:
- 3 years+ experience working within a Technical Support (Service Desk) role or Solutions role
- Solid experience working with Office 365, SharePoint and Document Management products (Docuware, Hyland)
- Power BI and Power Automate skills would be advantageous
- Previous M-files experience would be desirable
