The role
- Providing support to one of more fee earners
- Diary management
- Audio typing legal documents, emails
- Attending to clients
- Assist with billing process
- Handling Debt Recovery
- Commercial Landlord and Tenant disputes
- Residential Landlord and Tenant disputes
- Neighbour and Boundary Disputes
- Commercial disputes
- Property disputes
- Preparing trial bundles
- Liaising with clients, Solicitors, Courts
Experience
- Recent Litigation/ Property secretarial / Team Assistant experience
- Excellent working knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel , Audio typing
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail
- Good communication skills
