Temp to perm - immediate start
Our client are seeking a proactive and diligent Finance Assistant to join their busy team in central Maidenhead to start immediately, initially on a temporary basis with a view to going permanent later on.
Working closely with the wider finance team and all departments, you will support with the day-to-day transactions to ensure smooth running of all the finance functions.
Key duties:
- Track and reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts
- Process payments
- Support monthly payroll and keep organised records
- Maintain accurate records
- Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
- Provide administrative support to wider team when needed
Experience and Requirements:
- Previous experience within a finance position
- Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics would be beneficial
