Helpdesk Administrator

A leading building services company currently have an opening for a Helpdesk Administrator.

This role includes dealing with reactive and planned maintenance requests, scheduling engineers and ensuring exceptional customer service to clients.

  • £25,000 P/A
  • Office-based | London Waterloo
  • 37.5 hour week

Responsibilities

  • Provide reactive and planned maintenance service to our clients
  • Provide administrative support across a range of admin and client facing tasks
  • Raise and issue reactive calls received via email and telephone
  • Issue works to engineers
  • Chase for works updates and update clients according
  • Update systems with relevant notes and job status update
  • Produce reports as and when required
  • Contractor invoice processing

Required Skills / Competencies:

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task and manage time appropriately
  • Good organisational and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent I.T skills, competent with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
