Excellent opportunity for a Locum Employment Solicitor to join a reputable firm in London starting ASAP for 1-2 months + in duration.

The Opportunity

Our client, a well-established, reputable firm who have an excellent reputation in the area are seeking an Employment Locum Solicitor to cover an increase in workload starting ASAP. The firm requires the Employment Locum to join them for up to 2 months in duration with a high possibility of extension.

The firm are flexible and are open to the locum working on a fully remote basis after the first day in the office. Flexible working hours will also be considered.

Responsibilities

The Locum would be responsible for a mixed caseload of employment matters, including claimant and respondent work for employees and employers.

  • Discrimination matters
  • Wrongful and unfair dismissal
  • Disputes
  • Redundancy and restructuring
  • Disciplinary and performance
  • Restrictive covenant matters
