Learning Support Assistant - Autism
Our client is a bespoke educational provider dedicated to enriching the lives of autistic children. Having been awarded "Outstanding" by Ofsted they seek Learning Support Assistants to help and contribute to the classroom with the aim of building independence and self-esteem among all pupils.
The Role:
- Work one-on-one with autistic students aged 4-19 to unlock their potential.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Foster a positive and inclusive community environment that celebrates individuality.
- Contribute and deliver a curriculum tailored to individual needs, promoting learning, growth, and achievement.
