Join my client's dedicated and supportive team as a Teaching Assistant in September. What You'll Be Doing
- Providing support to children with additional needs alongside the class teacher
- Developing positive relationships with children to support their learning
- Leading a range of interventions based on children's needs
- Liaising with the SENDCo regarding children's specific needs and progress
- Supporting the emotional, social, and physical well-being of children
- Assisting in creating an engaging learning environment and maintaining a tidy classroom
- Administering first aid and reporting incidents as per school policy
