Role Details:
- Part Time - 20 hours per week
- Monday to Friday - 12:30pm - 16:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily administrative duties related to the delivery of services to students, staff, and clients.
- Establish and maintain professional work practices and procedures to ensure a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment.
- Take responsibility for the safekeeping of monies/float and handle the banking of receipts in line with CRM's cash handling procedures.
- Control and issue keys or access devices, including administration related to car parking (if applicable), following established residence procedures.
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and courteously, ensuring all interactions reflect our commitment to excellent service.
- Communicate effectively with customers, keeping them informed about current and future developments.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with all service users, including students, staff, and external clients.
- Accurately maintain records in collaboration with the Accommodation Management Team.
- Under supervision, manage all risk and safety concerns within the property.
