Your new school
This primary school is looking for a full-time Level 2 Teaching Assistant to start in September.
This school is a vibrant and family-orientated school where children come first. Their highly motivated and committed staff team place a strong emphasis on developing positive relationships with their children and their families, placing nurture at the very heart of everything they do.
Your new role
For this role, you will be supporting children in a Year 6 class. You will be taking out small groups of children for literacy and numeracy interventions, tracking the children's progression and feedback to the teacher. Alongside this, you will be supporting children in the classroom doing group work with lower-ability children.
What you'll need to succeed

  • A qualified Level 2 Teaching Assistant
  • Must have experience working with children in small groups
  • Must have supported a child on a 1:1 basis in interventions
  • Must have worked with KS2 children
