REED Business Support are actively recruiting on behalf of an established organisation for a permanent Customer Service Administrator.
This is a great opportunity for an individual who has experience in customer service.
As a Customer Service Administration your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Process and manage intercompany orders and place orders on suppliers for direct delivery to laundries.
- Handle order amendments in Microsoft Dynamics AX and resolve order discrepancies.
- Set up and amend product codes and assist with invoice approval/processing.
- Process pricing amendments in AX versus current supplier price lists and resolve invoice price discrepancies.
- Process sample orders and monitor and maintain departmental KPIs.
- Support the setup of supplier master data and ensure accurate and timely processing of all internal customer orders to meet the demands for textiles from the laundries.
