The Product Owner will drive the vision and roadmap for AWS hosted products being developed to deliver world-leading solutions for low carbon technologies.
You will have proven experience of defining, developing and bringing customer facing software products to market using Agile/Scrum processes.
**The Role
- Translate business goals into actionable product roadmaps and user stories
- Own the product vision and roadmap
- Ensure a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends
- Manage the product backlog
- Coordinate and conduct sprint reviews, retrospectives and sprint planning
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to define product acceptance criteria
- Conduct user research and incorporate feedback into product iterations and feature enhancements
- Track product performance metrics and analyse data to identify areas for improvement
**You will need:
- Strong experience of implementing and maintaining Scrum processes
- Proven experience of defining, developing and bringing customer facing digital products to market
- Knowledge of user-centred design methods and how to apply to product development
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
**Desirable:
- Certified Product Owner, Certified Scrum Master, Agile certification
- Experience working with embedded systems and/or edge computing is a plus
- Experience of delivering process transformation
- Knowledge of the UK energy sector
