Furniture Sprayer Assistant
Salary - competitive pay based on experience.

Our client is a market-leading joinery specialist who creates bespoke cabinetry, furniture, and premium bespoke kitchens. They have an excellent opportunity for a sprayer assistant to join a growing team. They manufacture everything in-house at their workshop (SL3) where this role will be based.
Key tasks:
- Sand and clean surfaces to prepare for staining and painting
- Apply undercoats
- Conducting quality checks – ensuring high standards
- Maintain and clean spraying equipment regularly
- Assist with other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have 2+ years' experience in workshop producing joinery, furniture or similar
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, with a good eye for detail
- Work across multiple jobs at once if required
- Experience working on high end residential projects is a bonus
- Permanent UK residence with good English language skills
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift (6am – 3pm)
- Overtime/Saturdays (not guaranteed but often available)
Must have a valid CSCS card
