Your new company
Hays Education are working with a 'GOOD' primary school in the Preston area to recruit a lower KS2 primary teacher to take on a Year 4 class teaching job from September 2024. This will be on a 12-month contract and will be full time, working 5 days a week. This school promotes a warm and supportive working environment, and is passionate about reading and enrichment opportunities for children.
Your new role
This job role will see you take on full teaching responsibilities for this Year 4 class, so you will be required to take on all planning and assessing for pupils. Your new school sets high standards for both staff and children and incorporates the values of ambition, respect, and courage. You will be expected to establish effective communication and build long-lasting relationships with both students and staff. You will be expected to immerse yourself in up-and-coming community extracurricular events and strengthen existing community relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in securing this position, you must have recent experience working with children. Subject leadership is desired, but not essential for this role. Applicants must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). ECT's and NQT's are also welcome to apply.
