Insurance Customer Service Advisor

As an Insurance Advisor you will be an expert in inbound and outbound phone based customer service, helping to support the workflow and email request from customers. Providing a customer centric timely response to customer enquiries, collecting relevant information, creating new business insurance product based quotes, making adjustments to insurance policies and helping customers make informed decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver a best in class service
  • Offer all customers a knowledgeable and trusted insurance experience
  • Generate and renew policies through the delivery of an exceptional customer service
  • Engage with customers using their channel of choice, predominantly telephone but also through email, webchat and social media
  • Manage all current client enquiries and adjustments efficiently and professionally
  • Achieve first-time and single-point resolution in every contact
  • Ensure all policy documentation and post-contact actions are completed appropriately
  • Build rapport and demonstrate empathy with our customers

What are we looking for?

  • We are looking for anyone with customer service call centre experience who is looking for better work life balance and opportunities that take them away from that typical environment.
  • Any insurance experience is preferred, but not essential
  • A great attitude to learning, ability to take on new information
  • A desire to go above and beyond and represent the business
