Front of House/Receptionist London £27,000 + bonuses
Our client is a leading physiotherapy orthopaedic sports injury company seeking a dedicated Front of House/Reception Team Member to join their dynamic team.
Position Overview
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This position requires a degree qualification or relevant experience in the orthopaedic or physiotherapy field.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Centre Operations: Open and close the facility daily.
- Patient Interaction: Greet patients upon arrival, sign them in, and obtain necessary insurance information.
- Email Management: Handle daily incoming emails professionally.
- Documentation: Provide patients with intake forms, office policies, and legally required documents.
- Payment Processing: Manage payments efficiently.
- Support & Guidance: Offer assistance to patients as needed.
- Professional Assistance: Support doctors, staff, visitors, and patients with professionalism.
- Communication: Answer phone calls courteously and professionally.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments between doctors and patients.
- Liaison Duties: Work discreetly between medical departments.
- Policy Adherence: Follow all policies and procedures during activities.
- Admissions/Treatment Assistance: Assist with admissions and treatment protocols as required.
- Documentation: Complete accurate reports and documentation.
Requirements
- Degree-qualified or relevant experience in orthopaedics/physiotherapy.
- Innovative thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.

Salary: £27,200.00 gross per annum
