Our client, a leading organisation in the training sector, is seeking an Electrical Installation Trainer to join their team in Openshaw. This permanent, full-time role offers the opportunity to inspire and educate the next generation of electrical professionals by delivering top-quality training and Level 3 qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions in Electrical Installation up to Level 3
- Develop and adapt lesson plans to accommodate a diverse range of learning styles and abilities
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback and support as needed
- Work collaboratively with a team of support professionals to ensure student success
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and practices
- Participate in continuous professional development activities
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience teaching Electrical Installation
- Teaching qualification such as PGCE or CertEd
- Understanding of delivering training and education in a classroom setting
- Level 3 Electrical qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver lessons that engage and motivate students
