We're excited to be working for the first time with Blue Wealth Capital Limited, an award- winning financial services company that helps people plan for a secure future.
They're looking to grow their team this year, and are keen to find a Financial Services Assistant to support Raj, the lead Adviser and MD in all aspects of the day to day running of the office and services provided.
This is a part-time role (working between 20-25 hours), with flexibility regarding your working pattern. Balance in life is important given the clients they're working with, and this extends to the team.
As a new role, everything that you do will centre around helping people feel secure that they'll be able to enjoy their retirement.
This role will grow as you are onboarded into the practice, but you can initially expect a typical day to look something like this...
- Arranging appointments and managing Raj's diary (and Raj ?? to make sure he achieves what he sets out to within the week)
- Preparing meeting packs for Raj's appointments
- Liaising with Raj post client meeting completing any post meeting client forms, dealing with client update and inputting data on and updating internal systems
- Chatting to clients when needed
- Ongoing management of the practice data systems
Full training will be provided, both via Raj and also via the providers, but we are looking for someone who has previous experience working in financial services, so please do only apply if you can tick this box!
