Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organised Junior Project Manager/Office Projects Assistant to join the team. This role will involve a combination of office-based work and regular site visits, providing a great opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in project management within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing high-end residential and commercial building projects.
- Handle project administration tasks, including financial works and procurement management.
- Regularly visit project sites, liaising with founders and site managers to ensure project progression.
- Maintain professional client communications via email and face-to-face meetings.
- Organize and manage teams, ensuring smooth project operations.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various administrative tasks and project management.
- Contribute to the preparation of project documents and reports.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driving license.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in team coordination.
- Professional demeanour with the ability to interact effectively with clients.
- Competitive and driven personality, eager to contribute to project success.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work from home as needed.
