Temporary job to start as soon as tomorrow! Do you have experience in Purchase ledger, sales Ledger, accounts administration, or maybe you are actively studying towards your AAT qualification? Do you and live within an easy commute of West Northampton. Warner Recruitment are super excited to be representing a temp to potential permanent opportunity, which could start as soon as tomorrow.

The company are friendly, driven and hardworking, and excited to welcome this person into their busy team. This role will require the successful candidate to work from the office fulltime.

Accounts Administrator

Duties include:

  • Purchase ledger
  • Sales ledger
  • Reconciliations
  • Month end processes
  • Processing of supplier invoices
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Matching, batching, and coding of invoices
  • Working on Excel
  • Setting up new supplier accounts
  • General office tasks

Required Skills:

  • Data Entry or Purchase Ledger Experience
  • Actively Studying AAT/ AAT Qualified or equivalent (not essential)
  • Accountancy and Finance Graduate (not essential)
  • Available to start work quickly (ideally 1 weeks' notice or less)
