Influencer Marketing Manager (12 month FTC)

Are you passionate about the power of influencer marketing and ready to drive impactful campaigns? Are you able to creatively engage on social media to boost brand visibility and drive audience interaction? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

This role is a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave, currently listed as full-time, however we're open to considering part-time arrangements, please ask for further details.

The Role

In this role, 75% of it will include leading our influencer strategy by identifying and partnering with top influencers to drive impactful campaigns. You will research and select influencers that align with project goals, build and maintain strong relationships across various communication channels, and manage the entire contracting process.

You will also oversee the annual influencer budget, maintain the influencer marketing calendar, and report on campaign successes. Collaboration is key as you will work with the Content Team to bring influencers on-site for content creation and identify new opportunities to drive business goals. You will also enhance collaboration with the PR influencer agencies to optimise their services.

The other 25% you will assist the Social Media Lead with channel management, including copywriting, community engagement, and content planning. You will help identify reactive marketing opportunities to boost brand awareness and contribute to content ideation, working with creators to deliver engaging content across our social media channels.

Skills You Need

  • Experienced influencer Marketer, with 2 years relevant experience.
  • Self-motivated team player delivering measurable results independently.
  • Skilled in building relationships and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Expert in cultural trends and influencer dynamics, integrating insights into strategies.
  • Creative thinker identifying innovative opportunities and supporting with content ideas.
  • Social media experience, and a keen eye for spotting marketing opportunities.
