Due to record breaking performances in the Southampton offices over the past 3 years, the Southampton office is eagerly looking to expand.

Description

As the Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

Client & Candidate Work

  • Build and grow a client portfolio using key market information
  • Develop a client contact plan to ensure you are the recruiter of choice!
  • Meet with clients in person and virtually to meet their immediate recruitment needs as well as build lasting relationships for repeat and exclusive business
  • Consult and advise clients on the most appropriate solution for their recruitment needs
  • Provide post placement support for clients and candidates
  • Identify and attract potential candidates using sourcing tools
  • Maintain an accurate candidate database
  • Interview candidates to understand their needs and gather key market information
  • Provide insight on market conditions, CV quality, interview techniques

Internal Work

  • Work collaboratively with your team to ensure sharing of accurate commercial information
  • Internally network to build business relationships
  • Communicate your business pipeline to your manager

Profile

In order to be considered for the Recruitment Consultant role, you will:

  • Have ideally worked in a sales/competitive environment previously and be able to demonstrate this
  • Have exceptional communication skills - internal and external
  • Be motivated to meet and exceed targets
  • Have excellent listening skills
  • Be able to influence and advise
  • Be able to work as part of a team
  • Be highly resilient and adaptable
