Site Manager - Fit Out

S alary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
Position: 11-month Contract (optional view to Permanent)

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead a project based in Nottingham City centre. The project involves a full internal conversion of a listed building to modern apartments, with an option to move permanent post completion. The role covers full internal package from Drylining, M&E, decorations, flooring.
With no two days the same this is an excellent opportunity for any site manager.
Requirements:
- 3 years site manager experience
- Residential internal fit out experience
- MNE dry lining experience
- Full clean UK driving license
Work Location: In-person on site
Job description
- Reporting to Project Manager
- Supervise daily site activity, ensuring company standards are met.
- Raising RFI's and instructions.
- Toolbox talks and inductions.
- Supporting graduate development
- Review and update construction phase plan.
- Maintain weekly site progress and sufficient diary keeping.
- Ensuring high standards of Health and Safety
