Overview
Our leading manufacturing group based out of Dudley, is looking to bring a Treasury Manager into their busy accounts function, to assist with the cash management as they continue to grow, and also contribute towards the day to day operations of transactional finance.
As the Treasury lead, you will be responsible for managing the company's treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and risk mitigation. You will ensure optimal systems, manage banking relationships, and oversee FX. Additionally, you will work closely with senior management to develop and implement effective treasury policies and procedures.
Skills needed
- Proven experience as a Treasury Manager, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of cash flow management, financial risk assessment, and investment strategies.
- Proficient in treasury management systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
