Building Surveyor - Newly established office with fast tracked progression!
A national property consultancy are seeking a mid to Senior level Building Surveyor, to join their newly established and under new management office in Cambridge.
This is an opportunity for a Building Surveyor who is keen to work with a variety of clients and have a fast tracked journey to more progression and further responsibility.

Role and responsibilities
The successful Building Surveyor will work on a plethora of projects across the industrial, education, historic and local authority, gaining a vast amount of experience with both public and private clients.
You will carry out as the chosen Building Surveyor a well-rounded and equal amount of both professional services and project duties, including dilapidations, various surveys, contract administration.
Person specification
This role will suit a capable and self-sufficient individual, who can work on their own initiative as well as part of a wider team and who is driven to succeed.
- MRICS qualified (Not essential)
- RICS accredited degree (Essential)
- A property background would be advantageous
- Well-rounded service line experience
