Job Title: Media Sales Manager
Salary: up to £30,000 plus uncapped bonus
Location: Hertford but can be fully remote or hybrid
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00-17:00pm

Our client, a leading events and media company, is currently seeking an experienced Media Sales Manager to join their expanding team. This role presents a unique opportunity for professionals with a background in media sales—whether in print, digital, or both—to contribute to the continued success of a dynamic organisation.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Previous experience within media sales
- Strong key account management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using CRM systems
- Previous experience selling on multiple products meeting targets
- An excellent team player
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for sales across multiplatform brands inclusive of print, digital, bespoke events.
- Responsible for brand revenue targets and associated products
- Working towards set targets and making sure these are achieved
- Key account management and effective client retention
- Creating proposals to meet client objectives
- Identify and secure new business opportunities via phone, face to face etc
- Identify business development opportunities and business areas within the market
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Flexible approach to office/home working
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays increasing 1 day per year, up to 25 days
