A fast-growing healthcare services provider is seeking an ambitious Business Development Executives to join their team. This is a high-impact role focused on new business acquisition, offering a strong commission structure and the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals. This includes outreach via LinkedIn and email, stakeholder engagement, attending national events, and driving marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with directors to shape strategy and report on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads via LinkedIn, email, and industry events
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings and craft tailored solutions
  • Manage CRM and maintain accurate records of sales activity
  • Drive marketing campaigns and support social media outreach
  • Attend exhibitions and follow up on leads
  • Prepare reports, meeting notes, and sales documentation
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners
  • Maintain daily communication with prospects and clients
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

What You'll Need

  • Proven B2B healthcare sales experience
  • Strong track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle objections and speak to decision-makers
