A primary school federation based in the Ladbroke Grove area requires in Interim Finance Officer / Finance Clerk with education sector experience and must have SIMS FMS, for an initial 4-6 week cover period which might extend.
With the potential for some handover this week, you would need to be able to start full time or part time (ideally 4+ days per week but negotiable) from the 2nd September onwards.
An onsite role, you will undertake all the usual school finance officer duties (running petty cash, purchase ledger, reconciliation, process orders and cheques/payments, process journals and checking payroll), any experience with LA Audits highly advantageous as one is due in November.
Could be flexible with hours, ideally at least core hours 9-3 but let me know if your requirements are any different and we'll see if we can accommodate.
