Our client based in Wandsworth is currently looking for a RIBA/ARB-qualified Project Architect to join their team. As a small but well-established practice, they specialise in residential projects, offering expert consulting in design, materials, and cost management.
As a Project Architect you will lead and oversee residential architectural projects. With several large projects on the horizon, they are seeking an experienced and visionary architect to join their team. Your expertise will guide the design process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Position Overview
- Lead the development of detailed design drawings, ensuring they meet client specifications and regulatory requirements
- Select and specify materials and finishes, ensuring quality, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness
- Monitor construction progress, conducting site visits to ensure work aligns with design intent and specifications
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during construction, providing technical guidance as needed
- Maintain regular communication with clients, updating them on project status and addressing any concerns
- Conduct final inspections and evaluations to ensure projects meet all design and quality standards before handover
**Project Architect
Position Requirements
- Revit proficiency is essential, while AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and Rhino proficiency is beneficial but not a must
- At least 3 years post graduate and post part 3 experience within Architecture
- Project management experience
- RIBA/ARB license
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
**Project Architect
Position Remuneration
- Salary £40,000 - £50,000 (D.O.E.)
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays
