We are seeking enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to join our team and work across a variety of primary schools in South Liverpool. Whether you're looking for part-time or full-time work, this role offers the flexibility to fit around your availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across different year groups and subjects in primary schools.
- Adapt to various school environments and teaching styles, maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher or create your own when necessary.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to school staff as required.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
- Collaborate with school staff and follow school policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in primary schools is desirable.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and build rapport with students and staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and reliability to meet the varying needs of different schools.
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one.
