The Role: We are seeking a skilled Structured Cabling Engineer with comprehensive experience in Structured Cabling Infrastructure projects of all sizes. The role involves travel throughout the UK and includes:
- Installing 5e/6/6a cabling infrastructure in commercial/construction environments
- Experience with Fibre Optic infrastructure is advantageous
- Competence in installing containment systems
- Ability to follow project specification documents and drawings
- Understanding and adherence to Health and Safety Policies
- Scheduling material procurement
- Ensuring project milestones are met
The Candidate: The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in the installation, termination, and testing of MM and SM Fibre Optic cabling systems
- Experience with AV Systems
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Education & Qualifications:
- A-C grade GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths/Science and English
- Full UK driving licence
- CSCS or ECS Card
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
