A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a MRICS qualified Rural Surveyor to join awell-establishedestate agency. In this role you will have opportunity to progress to full equity partner.
You will be responsible for:
- Oversee rural surveying activities, including management, consultancy, and valuation.
- Lead and motivate a team of surveyors, providing strategic direction.
- Maintain and expand client relationships.
- Develop strategies to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Represent the firm and the wider industry with professionalism.
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as a Rural Surveyor or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of agricultural matters.
- Eligible for RICS Registered Valuer status.
- Member of CAAV.
- Full UK driving licence.
